We are thrilled to announce that the event has garnered the support of Royston Drenthe, an esteemed former professional footballer renowned for his time with Real Madrid, Everton, and Feyenoord. Today, Drenthe is not only a respected pundit and a sought-after guest on various talk shows but has also showcased his acting talent in the Dutch TV series ‘Mocro Mafia.’

Our initiative, the ‘Football & Music for World Peace Event,’ is driven by a singular goal: to generate substantial funds for donation to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent. We’re actively engaging with multiple stakeholders to orchestrate an extraordinary charity football match, potentially featuring one of the distinguished teams from my professional playing days.

Our ambition extends to hosting this event in one of the iconic World Cup stadiums in Qatar, aiming for a global broadcast. This initiative is not just about celebrating football; it’s a concerted effort to provide much-needed aid and support to post-war zones, including Gaza, Kfar Aza, and also to Ukraine. Playing on such a prestigious platform would not only honor the spirit of the game but also symbolize our commitment to bringing tangible help to those in dire need.

Here’s a word from Jairzinho Winter CEO, singer-songwriter and producer of Rotterdam Airlines Music Group. “When I was approached to collaborate on the realization of the Football & Music for World Peace event, with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent as Charity, I was immediately enthusiastic. This organization does a lot of humanitarian work worldwide. Sometimes even under the most difficult conditions.”

He then said, ‘I immediately instructed my music production team to make a co-production for a theme song. With this song we want to raise a lot of money so that we can donate a nice amount to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent.’

With the Football & Music for World Peace event, we proudly wish to support the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC).

It is the largest humanitarian network in the world, supporting local Red Cross and Red Crescent aid and actions in more than 191 countries and inspiring more than 16 million volunteers for humanity.

The mission of the IFRC is to provide assistance through all forms of humanitarian activities. The IFRC acts before, during and after health emergencies to meet the needs and improve the lives of vulnerable people.
